Dissatisfied

We understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations. However, as a small business, we consider all sales final and do not offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and make sure the item you are purchasing matches your needs before placing an order.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered, such as ordering a dress and receiving a pair of shoes, we will arrange a replacement. Please send three photos from different angles of the incorrect item to help speed up the process. There is no need to return the incorrect item.

Items Not Received After 30 Days

If you have not received your order within 30 days, excluding shipments marked as delivered by the carrier, you are eligible for a free replacement. If the tracking status shows “delivered,” please contact your local post office for assistance before reaching out to us.
